THE ROLE

At Wella we’re currently hiring for an experienced Senior EXO Supply Planner to join our Warsaw Planning Hub. You will be part of multifunctional and dynamic team of Planners and Coordinators passionate and energized to deliver new products for our customers and consumers. You will be driving the multifunctional Planning Hub team in ensuring effective partnerships with our Third Party Manufacturers (TPM). The successful candidate in this role will support TPM projects and initiatives and will be responsible for regularly updating Global teams and TPMs, your main stakeholders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Finished product planning in the horizon 0-18 months for Third-Party Manufacturing sites.
  • Collaboration with Third-Party Manufacturers on daily basis.
  • Monitoring execution of the supply plan and production plan.
  • Resolving any conflicts with suppliers or plants to avoid products availability gaps.
  • Adjusting plans accordingly to demand changes.
  • Keeping results on target for Service and Inventory for selected TPM`s.
  • Managing run-out, discontinued, and obsolete finished products within the planning systems.
  • Measuring & driving Continuous Improvement via daily/weekly/monthly standard work processes.
  • Integrating initiative plans (new launches or restages) across planning horizon.
  • Proactive identification of critical supply constraints and building action plans to avoid service impact.
  • Reporting and analysing key Performance metrics to drive supply network improvements (Service, Inventory, Cost).
  • Cooperation with other company departments and team members to increase planning process efficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of supply chain planning and large data analysis experience.
  • Planning business processes and SAP or other ERP system knowledge.
  • Analytical thinking and skills; strong problem solving, priority setting and communication skills.

 

Desirable:

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills: clear, concise and timely.
  • Ability to take ownership over given scope of responsibility.
  • Leadership & influencing skills and experience participating on and in leading cross functional teams.
