THE ROLE

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the Site Integrated Planning organization, leading the team and being responsible for optimizing materials and production planning, in order to support shipping and deployment of all designated value stream products against inventory and service targets. Providing markets with the stock they require matching their forecast and customer orders whilst achieving inventory objectives throughout the supply chain.

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Role model the culture and company values
  • Own organization health and ensure strategic communication within department
  • Relentlessly drive operational excellence within the standard work processes
  • Benchmark and pro-actively provide industry leading improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and performance in the supply chain
  • Ensure action plans and strategies are in line to deliver targets
  • Accountable for the production planning and shipping of all value stream products
  • Joint responsibility with Initiative Planning (IP) Team to ensure production plans support launch plans and items at risk are identified and communicated
  • Manage the execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Supply Planning (MSP) processes, ensuring they are feasible and match business needs
  • Review and analyze daily reports associated with value stream and generate action plans for improvement
  • Managing core material planning in the Warsaw Supply Chain Innovation Center (SCIC).  Managing requires to be aligned with the business on a daily basis

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master degree or higher (logistic, economy or production)
  • 2 years or more of experience as supply chain leader
  • Practical knowledge of specific supply chain area (planning/ customer service/ artwork management)
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning, materials supply, inventory management and manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of systems SAP/R3
  • Ability to manage a broad and complex portfolio of goods, focusing on prioritize against a challenging backdrop of change.
  • Robust Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to demonstrate management skills: setting clear objectives, feedback, communication, recognition, development of others and flexibility
