THE ROLE

We’re looking for an MPS/MSP Senior Planner to join our Planning Team to support either our Mariscala Plant in Mexico or our Rothenkirchen Plant in Germany. As Senior Planner You will be responsible for planning production and materials, maintaining close relationship with Plant and Suppliers. You will work in fast-paced, international work environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles inside our planning center and outside.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Production and material supply planning in SAP for our Mariscala Plant located in Mexico or our Rothenkirchen Plant located in Germany.
  • Participation in projects with Initiative Planning, Distribution Planning and Material Supplier Management departments.
  • Demand coordination with Distribution, Artwork and Master Data departments.
  • Collaboration in daily steering meetings.
  • Resolving any conflicts with suppliers or plant to avoid supply availability gaps.
  • Reporting and analyzing key metrics to drive planning improvements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of planning processes in a Supply Chain environment.
  • Experience in SAP systems and a good knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
  • Strong drive for quality and operational excellence with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English required, further languages are beneficial.

  • Strong sense of discipline and attention to details.
  • Team spirit: you will be a team player with a positive attitude to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives.
