ABOUT THE ROLE

 

 - The Digital and Influencer Marketing Manager - will be responsible for building the Wella Company´s Digital Eco-System across Eastern European countries for the Professional brands' portfolio.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •         Create and implement a clear digital end-to-end strategy to enable the company digital ecosystem across Eastern Europe geography:
  •         Plan and execute digital media campaigns with the help of the agency;
  •         Collaborate with the company’s distributors,  guide them on the company’s digital priorities and ensure the sufficiency of distributors' plans in the digital area.
  •         Drive and grow owned social media;
  •         Track & Communicate performance against KPIs and propose recommendations to improve results;
  •         Prepare regular digital metrics reporting (quarterly, ad-hoc);
  •         Raise awareness about digital of the organization through capacity building activities

 

 

      QUALIFICATIONS

 

  •        Working experience in the digital marketing area
  •        Marketing, Business, Computer Science or similar relevant Bachelor’s degree
  •        Proven track record of successful implementation of business-driven technologies and multi-channel digital campaigns with clear KPIs
  •        Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practice
  •        Strong ability to actively contribute in technical IT conversations
  •       Complete fluency in English
  •        Background in beauty and especially hairdressing industry is a plus but not a must.
  •        A strong ability in internal communication and in support of change.
  •        High collaboration and influencing skills in a complex organization
  •        Entrepreneurial and innovator spirit with a high curiosity for new technology trends
  •        Digitally savvy and active on social media
  •        Excellent organizational skills - ability to manage workload in a high pressured, fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining high quality
  •        Experience of working as part of a team, including working in collaboration with stakeholders
  •        IT literate, across multiple of devices and software platforms - Google  Analytics and CRM system
