THE ROLE

DRP Planner / Senior Planner is responsible for leading products stocks allocation, product availability monitoring and linking risks management and issues resolution across supply chain network. The work is executed in high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles inside SCIC and outside.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proper inventory replenishment keeping three main metrics on track and on time: quantity, location and time.
  • Product master data maintenance in JDA.
  • Network report utilization for constant improvement in service, cash and cost.
  • Independently identifying opportunities within supply network, driving issue resolutions and putting right measures in place to prevent issue reoccurrence.
  • Close cooperation with production planning team to set proper directions and priorities.
  • Close market cooperation (following demand trends and seasonal variations) combined with excellent customer service (variety of countries and cultures).


QUALIFICATIONS

Essential/Desirable:

  • Accountability for driving performance, continuous process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Planning processes knowledge in Supply Chain area
  • Experience in inventory planning, product distribution would be an asset.
  • JDA/SAP DRP Solution usage/knowledge will be an asset
  • Globally and culturally aware.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Fast learning.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to a constantly changing environment and being able to continuously prioritize and assess how to operate effectively in the role;
  • The role holder should be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office.
