THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role you will help build “Love Brands” through digital marketing and influencer partnerships.  You will design the vision and strategy for raising the consumer awareness of the Wella Company brands: Wella Colour, Wella Care, OPI, and Clairol.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the execution of the digital strategy to both drive engagement with our stylist community (the Wella Family) and raise consumer awareness, particularly with Facebook and Instagram.
  • Work in conjunction with the Omnichannel Manager to build the ecosystem for success in that channel, particularly eRetail. 
  • Help find ways to leverage our Omnichannel customers to push consumers back to salon.
  • Ownership of our local brand websites – lead the strategy, execution and maintenance.
  • Champion ‘digital transformation’ in the business by sharing ‘tips and tricks’ with the organisation on how to leverage digital platforms to help raise brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage Marketing budgets and demonstrate financial discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, both internal and external (including agencies and customers).
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive and organised nature with high attention to detail.
