DRP Manager, APAC

THE ROLE

ASIA DRP Availability Manager is responsible for leading products stocks allocation, monitoring product availability and inventory replenishment, while linking risks management and issues resolution across supply chain network. The work is executed in high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with markets and planning stakeholders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supply and availability management of Asia markets. This entails working with various stakeholders to ensure service targets are met while minimising costs.
  • Proactively form risk mitigation plans and drive issue resolutions to minimise supply risk. Put right measures in place to prevent issue reoccurrence.
  • Generate supply plan and reports to provide visibility as well as aid prioritization of productions and facilitate key business decisions.
  • Independently identifying opportunities within supply network, driving issue resolutions and putting right measures in place to prevent issue reoccurrence;
  • Assist in supply chain projects and transition to deliver business goals while minimising disruptions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationship with Asia business and supply chain teams, planning hub and plant. Exhibit sensitivity to and understanding the dynamics of a sophisticated organisation.
  • Understand end-to-end supply chains from plants to customers to manage seamless supply network with multi-function teams

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have strong experience in Supply or Demand Planning (at least 3 – 4 years in Supply Chain).
  • Strong leadership skills; can assert direction setting and interventions from remote locations when required.
  • Strong analytical skills; can engage in technical tools when required as-well as structure complex and considerable amount of data to create usable information.
  • Strong collaboration skills; Can easily navigate between organization levels; work productively with junior Demand Planners, Supply Chain leaders and Global VP alike.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to a constantly changing environment and being able to continuously prioritize and asses how to operate effectively in the role;
  • Skilled in MS Office. SAP, JDA and Visual Basic knowledge will be an asset
