THE ROLE

You will be responsible for leading Clairol Innovation Design from Trade Marketing side and translating it into compelling category growth story for our retailers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership and delivery of compelling category growth stories for Hair Color category and Clairol innovations;
  • Reinforcing the category growth importance, based on customer and consumer insights;
  • Co-development of brand strategy and plans for the next 5 years including defining initiatives, launch timings and go to market strategies;
  • Translation of brand vision into global 5Ps strategies for base business and innovations;
  • Strong cooperation with the markets throughout Fit For Use process in order to deliver best fit innovation with positive impact on category value;
  • Overseeing local implementations of launch plans with local teams and tracking the results.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales / Brand Management role (Beauty / Cosmetics experience is a plus)
  • Great understanding of retail: pricing, promotion, distribution, merchandising
  • Experience in working with top global mass retailers (focus on US and UK)
  • Both local and international experience an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure.
  • Highly detailed with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally & externally
  • Demonstrates a pro-active attitude and flexible approach.
  • Degree in related discipline or equivalent
  • High level of numeracy, and excellent PC skills
  • Able to demonstrate a creative flair and a passion for the brands
