THE POSITION:

 

  • We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Mexico City, Mexico.
  • You will take on the challenge of leveraging the Professional Beauty business in your region, adding value to the business, in accordance with the priorities of the company.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • The Area Sales Manager is responsible for delivering the business objectives in Value (Net Sales, Net Profit) and Distribution (retain and increase existing customers and win competitive doors) in his area, through the channels (Stores, Wholesalers, Beauty Saloons and Distributors) within the defined budget.
  • Maximize the Education capacity in the area, ensuring the perfect harmony between Sales and Education.
  • Demonstrate management and administration skills to help the team achieve individual goals.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, performance and productivity of the team.
  • Act as a guardian of Wella's reputation and primary business partner in the salons.
  • To be seen as a point of reference for Wella by clients and the community, upholding the company's Values ​​and Behaviors.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Proven history of excellent sales results (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience in managing commercial teams.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with other areas and clients.
  • Interest in the Beauty sector.
  • Experience in the sector will be differential.
  • Strong skills in MS Office tools, including Excel and Power Point.
  • Participation in social and digital media.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Availability to travel.
  • English: advanced (desirable).
  • Complete higher education (compulsory).
