To supply our customers with new innovative products on time and in full, at the quality levels as defined by senior management, at the quickest speed to market within the industry.

The people in the TCD organization will lead the quality interface between all business functions ensuring the continuous improvement in all aspects of the development process for each brand whilst adhering to all the Operations Vision, Mission, Priorities, Values and Principles



  • Lead the program management and planning process for a designated brand from concept generation to execution, ensuring timing, quantity and COG targets are achieved.
  • Lead all project meetings and co - ordinate the seamless integration between all Operational,  Creative, Marketing, Sales, Planning and Production processes and functions involved in developing and launching new products, irrespective of geographic location or source of production
  • Identify underlying weak processes, systems and/or people and establish objective driven improvement action plans that create an environment of continuous improvement in all work processes.
  • Consistently challenge and reduce the development lead-times by ensuring appropriate balanced risks are built into the original time plans, whilst ensuring all COG, quality and service requirements are achieved/exceeded
  • Define and agree detailed time plans for each project with key development milestones and proactively track and manage their adherence
  • Manage the timely and effective communication of the risks and corrective actions required to ensure perfect execution and encourage an environment of full transparency via the use of the “Weather Chart”, project meeting action plans, “Critical Issue/Red flag” alerts to senior management and other similar tools.
  • Ensure the accountability /ownership and the workflows of all NPD process steps are agreed and understood
  • Ensure clear processes are in place and agreed for managing project and resource prioritization.
  • Ensure appropriate KPI’s and check points are in place and used effectively to measure and improve the effectiveness of the key elements of NPD process and overall departmental performance
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Bill of Material (BOM) process for all new products ensuring accuracy and minimum rework.
  • Liaise with factory planning organizations to ensure sufficient production & manufacturing capacity is available, connecting with marketing & demand planning to identify any potential risks vs plan.
  • Manage the NPDR approval, BOMs setup, FGs & components material master data setup, forecast verify and align with NDPR and DP team.



  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience of operating in a supply chain role.
  • Planning, logistic, procurement or supply chain professional qualifications preferred.
  • Experience in project management and/or product development processes
  • Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Microsoft Project, Visio and SAP
