THE ROLE

 

The Key Account Manager, eCommerce on Amazon and other e-retailers for Wella owns the delivery of Net Revenue, Retail Sales and P&L targets for a portfolio of Coty professional beauty brands.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business performance for both sales & profitability through best in class content, promotional strategies and collaboration, while optimizing for operational efficiencies
  • Key contributor to the overall joint business plans with KPI`s in support of delivering the targets
  • Own operational excellence with Amazon and other e-retailers (e.g. supply, content, listings, forecasting)
  • Assess performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations to maximize Advertising & Promotional efficiency based on ROI learning
  • Manage Amazon advertising efficiency & performance while driving Return on Ad Spend (Search & Display)
  • Execution of Perfect Store On-line, working closely with local Trade and Shopper Marketing for on-line sales fundamentals (`CARS`) optimization, fit-for-use e-retail content.
  • Ensure the flawless operations with selected customers for their brand portfolio, including forecasting accuracy and flawless supply meeting customer requirements (working with supply chain).
  • Liaising between Amazon AVS and e-data analyst to provide insights and recommendations for improving fundamentals of the perfect store execution and customer experience

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience with large e-retailer
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus
  • 3+ years of retail, with 1-2 years of e-commerce experience.
  • Affinity with Beauty. Prior beauty category experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite.
