We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Beauty Supply Chain team.  In this role you will report to the PMO Director and lead a portfolio of end-to-end supply chain projects with ownership of the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and closing). Understanding processes, dependencies, managing deadlines, problem solving, and managing cross functional relationships are crucial to this position. 



  • Managing a portfolio of supply chain improvement projects
  • Developing detailed project plans to track progress
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Initiating and coordinating meetings related to the project
  • Monitoring and review all project activities and perform risk management
  • Regularly communicating project progress to all stakeholders, as well as request approval/feedback for project deliverables
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed




  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complexity, operate with discipline to meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to create and lead high performing teams to deliver team goals and results. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different styles.  Develop strong partnerships.  Must be able to work well with people not physically collocated.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, transparently, concisely, and on a timely basis with leadership. 
  • Comfortable with dealing with conflict, issue resolution and decisive decision making
  • Independent thinker who can identify unique solutions and execute
  • Ability to multitask and resolve issues quickly



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain management, or related fields.
  • 3+ Previous Project Management Experience preferred.
  • PMO is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma is a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of master and reference data elements, processes and organizational support models is preferred.
  • Proficient computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint
