Position Title: Brand Manager, Marketing Wella Professionals

Location: Calabasas, California

Responsible for leading the Wella Professionals Color brands Marketing activities in North America.  Manage marketing efforts as they relate to the development and introduction of products, go-to-market strategy and in market support for Wella Professionals Color. Implement an annual marketing plan and ensure achievement of the objectives outlined in this plan.  Collaborate with Global Full Service Design and Local Sales teams to develop support programs and monitor performance against targets.



  • Execute marketing vision, strategies and tactics for Wella Professionals, including sell-in materials, promotions, advertising & other marketing programs.
  • Co-Lead introduction of line extensions within existing brand and develop new products to address market opportunities as needed
  • Part of multi-functional team and assist development and delivery of brand go to market plans. 
  • Implement annual Marketing plan recommendations based on extensive brand, competitive and promotion analysis.
  • Partner with Supply Chain/Planning to ensure that all programs & initiatives developed meet the required timelines
  • Manage brand budget within corporate processes and procedures.
  • Lead agency relationships and resources to develop and execute advertising, marketing and promotional activities across North America.
  • Additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned by management




  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline)
  • 3+ years’ experience in brand management or product marketing
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge – MS Word, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint

  • Beauty industry experience
