We are looking for an HR Operations & Data Intern to join our fast-paced Human Resources team! This internship will provide broad understanding and experience in Human Resources, and will focus primarily on HR Operations and HR Data Analytics support. This intern will participate strategic projects, gain exposure to HR technology and software, and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.


This internship is a minimum of 25 hours per week and paid. Due to the pandemic, our offices are currently closed and the role will work remotely.



  • Primarily support the HR team in the areas of Operations, Analytics, and Total Rewards
  • Collaborate and communicate with HR colleagues, managers, and employees
  • Enter and maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system.
  • Become an expert in HR reporting module and Leverage employee data to create insights that inform strategic decision-making and support projects
  • Support a positive employee experience by suggesting improvements and efficiencies to HR processes and procedures
  • Manage sensitive employee processes such as system support for employee changes, invoice payment, or exiting employee process.
  • Key point of contact for managers and employees regarding basic-level benefits, payroll, or HRIS related questions
  • Support our organization with a high-level of support, confidentiality, care, and discretion
  • Partner with HR team on special projects as assigned.


  • Undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • A strong interest in pursuing Human Resources as a career path.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working in an office or department support role
  • Intermediate Excel and data analytics ability (should be familiar with pivot tables and V-lookups, etc.)
  • Previous HR or HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines while still meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently and proactively to follow processes within scope of work.
