The Analyst, B2B eCom and CRM will oversee the business analytics of our B2B eCommerce (owned and key online distributors) and CRM to identify opportunities to grow sales in these channels to meet company goals and objectives. Candidates for this role should be comfortable in summarizing data from a variety of sources, aligning recommendations for opportunity areas and measuring return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing short-term and long-term plans for growth by analyzing sales and marketing activities, search ranking improvement, conversion rate optimization, and product listing optimization
  • Maintain internal processes (including documentation) to enable us to manage the business more efficiently
  • Partner with Brand, Trade Marketing, Finance, Product Supply, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient communication, sustainable growth of the marketplace businesses.
  • Provide competitive landscape analysis and identify opportunities based on findings
  • Monitor and measure business Key Performance Indicators focusing on goals for revenue, margin, and ROI
  • Provide analysis and insight to manage the positive and negative impacts of reports.
  • Oversee, and work with other internal teams on merchandising, pricing, product content, inventory management, market research, and demand generation
  • Audit content and ratings
  • Track and assess performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Create and Analyze dashboards from data. Convey short and long-term insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant study preferred
  • Experience in consumer or professional goods, Beauty/Fashion industry a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies in selling through online marketplaces
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Ability and desire to work in a collaborative environment
  • Results-driven and able to work with the cross-function teams to achieve sales
  • Strong sales analytical and problem-solving skills, self- starter, and be able to work independently

Core Competencies:

  • Analysis, specifically in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Omniture, Salesforce and Tableau
  • Experience in SAP Marketing Cloud a huge plus
  • Working knowledge and understanding of key CRM KPIs
  • Project Management
  • Process Improvement
  • Business Development
