THE ROLE

At Wella, digital transformation is a business imperative and core company priority. By being part of the Global Wella E-commerce team, Pan EU eCom Senior Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the E-commerce EU business with Amazon to the next level for Hair & Nail brands. You will report officially to the Global Wella E-commerce Director but will have a dotted line with the Head of Ecommerce UK.


The Pan EU eCom Senior Account Manager is responsible for enabling each EU market to win with Amazon to ultimately achieve Net Revenue target in every single market and across total EU. You will work in very close collaboration with each local Amazon Key Account Manager and will manage Amazon business relationship. Indeed, they will be the primary point of contact with Amazon EU to lead all commercial discussions from ongoing plans across to annual negotiations EU. 


Net, the role embraces both a strategic and execution dimension as will define, lead and execute the Pan EU strategy to win with Amazon in every single market. You will also act as support to the markets and as a Center Of Expertise (COE) on Amazon matters to ensure we gain efficiency and expertise in every we do.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Develop Hair & Nail Ecommerce revenues across all Amazon countries
•    Define, lead and execute the Pan-EU strategy to win with Amazon in every single market 
•    Lead annual negotiations with Amazon across EU, JPB process and ongoing plans 
•    Define and execute Fit To Win EU approach for all topics requiring EU consistency (assortment, catalogue, content, pricing…)
•    Build turned and tailormade key plans (promo, media..) for every market respecting local specifics 
•    Establish a very close collaboration with every single local Amazon Account Manager to collect appropriate input and provide relevant guidance & EU plans
•    Work hands in hands with UK Amazon local KA to benefit from expertise and experience
•   Collaborate with Global functions (Brand, media, Ecom, Supply) to act as a Center of Expertise and assess scale and efficiencies across EU markets.
•   Interact as the preferred point of contact with Amazon Pan Eu Vendor manager, Amazon Pan EU AvS for with the Pan EU Amazon Vendor Central system
•    Lead all Amazon analytics to drive conclusions and recommendations at country level 
•    Lead expansion plans in EU and any project that can lead to efficiencies and incremental revenues

Key Requirements:
•    Degree level qualifications in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Management… 
•    Minimum 5 years professional experience within Ecommerce landscape showcasing Ecommerce knowledge and skills
•    Minimum 2Y commercial experience within Amazon or managing Amazon at UK or EU level 
•    Marketing and Commercial expertise to have the ability & credibility to both build strategic plans and execute them 
•    Strong leadership and autonomy to drive a business and engage teams, especially markets, behind a specific category 
•    Passion for E-commerce and Digital 
•    Action/results oriented and appetite for profitable revenue growth 
•    Pragmatic and execution oriented to provide ready turnkey tools to the markets 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills to inspire /engage markets
•    Financial acumen and business analytics skills
•    Fluent in English (other languages- German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc. are a plus)
•    P&L Management
