THE ROLE

We are actively looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager for the finance functional domain. This role will be focused on the Finance application estate and will be responsible for management/oversight of managed service providers and application vendors who are delivering the service. This role will be the key operational interface between the IT and finance operations teams, to ensure that:

a) IT application services operations for Finance are delivered within agreed SLAs

b) Incidents are been dealt with the right priority

c) Functional impact of issues and incidents is clearly understood, and workarounds are identified and agreed with the business

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Predominantly focused on ensuring the business application service requirements and impacts are understood and that operational services delivered by Wella’s service delivery partners meet the requirements of the business function.
  • Interface between IT and business operations teams the Finance domain
  • Acts as IT operational expert and point of escalations for Finance applications domain
  • Liasing with infrastructure teams, managed service providers, application vendors and business relationship managers to define service roadmaps and ensure continuous improvement
  • Provide regular reporting of service operations KPIs
  • Pro-active communication to our operation stakeholders ei. business operation teams IT operation and leadership team,
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Reviews incidents, problems and changes affecting the Finance domain and, where appropriate, help creating workarounds and interventions
  • Participates in project meetings and provide operations input based on current demands/requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 5+ years experience in IT field with recent incident management experience
  • Experience in Finance IT solutions (e.g. HFM, Kyriba, Nakisa Lease Accounting, TrustWeaver)
  • Strong experience of Application Management / support
  • Experience of ITIL v4.0 IT Service Management framework
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow) experience incl. service reporting
  • Experience of managing 3rd party vendors.
  • Experience of global operations.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
