We’re looking for a Specialist/Analyst of Learning & Development who will partner with Wella Global Talent Team for coordinating, facilitating, and delivering technical and soft skills training to all Wella employees, consistent with the business needs and company-wide training policies and procedures.  The role will managed end-to-end responsibility of our Learning Management System, Wella Academy creating learning solutions , administering and troubleshooting the LMS, addressing employee inquiries/education

A strong commitment to continuous improvement, experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects, and solid analytical skills are required.



  • Assist with the current L&D system migration during the TSA period between Coty & Wella
  • Partner with external vendor on building on building the current Learning Management System and further enhancing system capabilities
  • Acts as the LMS system administrator and collaborates with HR and Country leaders to manage LMS content, analyze reporting, and recommend action.
  • Perform daily LMS administration tasks, including training content management, system settings, enrollments, metrics, and evaluations.
  • Upload course content to the LMS and test appropriately. Performs quality assurance checks on content and tests content functionality and communication with LMS prior to deployment.
  • Provides support on new LMS projects including those that involve eLearning vendors to ensure functionality with LMS. Answers and resolves technical issues related to the LMS system including educating New Learners, New Admins, Market HR  etc.
  • Comprehensively and independently handles all scheduling, logistics, and coordination throughout the Learning & Program Development lifecycle, including process documentation and communication.
  • Accurately compiles, analyzes, and shares data-driven insights, with attention to data efficacy.
  • Effectively partners with internal and external vendors to facilitate contracts, expenditures, record-keeping, and other administration in a timely manner.
  • Ensures employees across the country and in multiple time zones have a positive learning experience
  • Engage in learning through train-the-trainer processes and self-development to expand the quantity of instructional content which can be facilitated on multiple subjects to multiple markets (understanding market specificity)
  • Supports and helps lead change management initiatives.





  • A minimum of 2-3 years LMS experience
  • Highly proficient in excel with ability to work with and pull in data from multiple sources
  • Effectively prioritizes and completes tasks with great attention to detail in order to deliver desired outcomes within allotted time frame
  • Demonstrates the ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to change, respond to various shifts in priorities and schedules, and modify methods or strategies to fit changing circumstances.
  • Tactfully handles difficult or sensitive issues with an eye toward cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
  • Demonstrates commitment to furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

  • BA/BS degree or high school diploma/GED with equivalent practical experience.


  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Previous experience with CrossKnowkedge LMS preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with and passion for Learning and/or Organization Development.
  • Direct experience within L&D, Training, Talent Management, or related HR experience.
