Wella Company’s new Shared Services Centre in Łódź will support financial process teams and serve as an IT Centre of Excellence (COE) for the EMEA region. As the Global Digital Platforms Manager, you will be based out of the new Shared Service Centre in Lodz and will be responsible for managing global digital marketing platforms and solutions that are to be deployed across the Wella brand portfolio.


This position reports to the Global VP of Digital Technology and Innovation.




  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Establishing corporate operating KPIs.
  • User management of SAS technologies and digital tools.
  • Communicating strategy roadmaps to stakeholders and providing guidance as necessary.
  • Ownership of platforms, including social medial management, social listening, ratings, reviews and syndication, e-retail buy now links and enhanced content.
  • Implementation of best in class global digital tools and driving usability with internal and external users.
  • Creating training calendars, documentation for use in onboarding, and technical implementation guidelines.
  • Digital program analysis, reporting, KPI measurement and tracking.
  • Competitive benchmarking management, assessment of new technologies and providing guidance on new platforms.
  • Stakeholder management and internal and external communications.
  • Commercialization and activation of products across channels both globally and locally.





  • A completed bachelor’s degree qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years’ industry experience in a similar function.
  • Experience of managing third party vendors, including managing contractors remotely.
  • Experience of SAS technologies.
  • Experience working with rating and review technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change in an organization using technology.  
  • A can-do attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Fluent English language skills.



  • Experience with Atlassian would be beneficial.
