Marketing Manager, Sebastian Professional (Maternity leave cover 6 months)

Global Digital Marketing Manager



  • Responsible for delivering the plans on the pre-aligned global digital strategy for Sebastian Professional and SEB MAN across owned, earned, paid channels and E-com.
  • Coordinate the internal and external teams in developing, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all digital marketing activities and content strategy across the global/local digital ecosystem, incl. Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and E-commerce to engage with professionals and consumers and driving each segment to their priority close.
  • Maximize synergies across internal global functions, external agencies and across geographies (markets).
  • Report back progresses to top management on a quarterly basis.


Key responsibilities

  • Execute the FY20 plans to reach the global digital objetives for Sebastian Professional and SEB MAN across Owned/Earned/Paid channels and E-com.
  • On Owned Media, set up the right choices to win and execute actions on social media channels and website (including SEO optimization).
  • On Earned Media, develop the plans to reach Earned Media targets by executing actions on i) community building, managing a complex community ecosystem with different groups of people and different stakeholders, ii) global influencers  and iii) markets support and guidance.
  • On Paid Media, collaborate with the Head of Media and the Influencer Marketing Team to execute the global media strategies in Search (ppc), Social Media and Paid Influencers.
  • On E-com, be responsible for profitable growth on our b2b and b2b2c partners, driving plans on Distribution, Conversion and Acquisition.
  • Act as Center of Digital Expertise/Consultant on all Initiatives, supporting Marketing Managers in delivering best in class digital toolboxes.
  • Own global quarterly digital reporting, tracking all defined KPIs and propose plans to reach targets.
  • Lead the digital vision through internal global team members, global agencies and markets (brand marketing, influencer marketing, education team, e-commerce, agency partners, markets).



  • The ideal candidate:
    • Has 5+ years previous experience leading digital strategy and execution for global brands.
    • Has a creative mindset, and is always up to date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends in Digital.
    • Is data driven and focused on excellent execution.
    • Feels comfortable working under pressure and in a complex organization.
    • Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
