We are looking for an International Tax Lead Americas and South East Asia Pacific (the Region) to join our Finance team. You will be mainly responsible for the regional execution of the global tax strategy, tax planning initiatives, transfer pricing, tax audits and tax risks management in the Region.

Be the primary speaking partner for tax matters in Americas and South East Asia Pacific (“the Region”), and specifically for this Region:


  • Identify and implement tax planning opportunities
  • Monitor new tax laws and relevant tax developments
  • Provide tax technical support to local finance and business functions
  • Ensure implementation of global tax processes and drive tax roadmap projects
  • Manage tax risks and ensure tax controls are consistently performed
  • Control tax filings and payments are made accurately and on time
  • Ensure transfer pricing transfer pricing documentation and returns are prepared in compliance with local requirements
  • Review the potential tax implications of business projects (such as restructuring, reorganizations), cash repatriation initiatives and treasury operations
  • Support M&A efforts, including structuring, due diligence, and integration
  • Manage tax audits and controversies together with local finance teams, involving external tax advisors where relevant
  • Train key internal stakeholders on tax matters
  • Build and manage the external network of tax advisors

Also, you will contribute to the global tax strategy and to assigned tax transversal projects, as well as to the development and continuous improvements of global tax processes and technologies.


In this role, you will be interfacing with the following stakeholders: Global Tax colleagues, Global Controlling, Group Treasury, Shared Services Center, Regional and Local Finance teams (including market CFOs, Controllers, tax accounting and compliance managers), External tax advisors and Tax authorities




  • 7+ years of relevant tax experience within a global advisory firm and/or a multinational tax department
  • A Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Taxation, Finance, Lawyer or CPA
  • Some experience of dealing with US tax matters (domestic or ITS) and tax matters in Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Japan
  • Strong experience in M&A transactions, and legal entity structuring
  • Some experience handling treasury operations
  • Ability to think and act strategically while being able to execute on operational deliverables
  • Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills. Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Project management skills. Ability to follow through and complete tasks on time.
  • Sound business acumen, a true business partner who effectively communicate tax strategies and requirements
  • Experience with ERP and tax systems
