Digital Marketing Manager Prestige Brands - Maternity Leave Cover


Position Title: Global Marketing & eCommerce Manager 6 Months (Maternity Leave Cover)

  • Drive Sebastian Professionals eCommerce growth by leading CARS score improvements globally on main markets/eTailers combination.
  • Drive Lifestyle eCommerce growth by improving our fundamentals on eCom: assortment, distribution, acquisition and conversion.
  • Lead Sassoon Professional annual activation plan, including new collection toolbox and external events, in collaboration with Sassoon International Creative team
  • Step change Sassoon presence online by driving synergies with Sassoon Academy and influencing markets into shifting from traditional to online support model
  • Report back progresses to top management on a quarterly basis.



Key responsibilities

Identify gaps in our eContent vs. best in class examples within and outside our industry.

Bridge gaps by leading the entire process of eContent creation from briefing to local markets delivery.

Coordinate the internal and external teams in analyzing, developing, implementing and optimizing our eCom content creation efforts.

Support markets in defining where to play choices on eCom.

Own global quarterly eCom reporting for Prestige & Lifestyle brands.

Maximize synergies across internal global functions, external agencies and across geographies.

Manage the relationship with the Sassoon Academy.

Coordinate new Collection Shooting and ensure timely toolbox delivery to markets.

Manage day to day market requests on Sassoon marketing, products, branding, education.


The ideal candidate:

Has 5+ years previous experience leading digital strategy and execution for global brands.

Has a proven track record in the eCom space.

Has a creative mindset and is always up to date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends in Digital.

Is data driven and focused on excellent execution.

Feels comfortable working under pressure and in a complex organization.

Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
